Focused meditation along with crystal sound bowl healing is one of the best chakra healing techniques, as it can help bring all of your chakras back into balance. Grief Relief

We support as you go through the stages of grief; denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. In this 1-on-1 session, we will create a space for you to take the necessary time to release and heal any pent-up pain regarding your lost love ones.

In our session, I will encourage you to understand that they are always with us, watching over us as our personal guides and protectors. I will hold space as we start that conversation in your Grief Relief session.

In this session, we turn all of our attention onto ourselves. We will dive into why it's so easy for us to love others and not redirect that love into oneself.

SCRAP Works is a program created to cultivate self-love, self-confidence and self-concept of what we call “SCRAP Work”. It refers to personal shadow work done in order for one to have full confidence. If you are a business or not, this a reminder of why your gift and your purpose work is important to you and others.

Enjoy a semi-private sound healing journey with a maximum of 4 people. We will take you through a restorative sound journey with gentle stretches (15 min) before guiding you into a full body relaxation. Enjoy the nourishing sound waves of crystal bowls during this session to help you relax completely. The healing sound waves are there to help you release tension and to guide you into a relaxing meditative state. The session will conclude with live music to uplift your spirits before you carry on with your day.

I teach you how to use the power of combining visualization, scripting, and sound frequencies to learn how to manifest your heart’s desire.
