The Crown Chakra, Sahasrara, is the seventh chakra, is the connection to the divine and our higher selves. When the crown chakra is out of balance, there is a disconnect from God/Source/Universe. There is difficulty in trusting one’s path, depression, dissatisfaction in life and the inability to let go of attachments. When it is balanced, there is a knowledge of unity, connection to the Divine, understanding of spirituality and elevation of consciousness.
