The heart chakra, Anahata, is the fourth chakra and connects the physical (lower) chakras to the spiritual (upper) chakras. It allows us to get in touch with our higher selves and the ability to love. When the heart chakra is out of balance, there is a disconnect from self, difficulty loving and feeling undeserving of love. When it is balanced, there is joy, love and acceptance.
