The Sacral Chakra, Svadisthana, is the second chakra. This chakra is connected to sexuality, emotions and creativity. When it is out of balance, there is no sense of pleasure, reproductive issues, and instability around sexuality. When the sacral chakra is in balance, there is a flow of creativity, the ability to express feelings, harmonious relationships and connection to sexuality.
