Each one of these candles is crafted with the intention of being a physical vessel to aid in balancing your chakras. See the additional information below the instructions for and information about each chakra.
Instructions for Use:
1. Find a fire-safe space where you will be uninterrupted.
2. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface and take a deep breath as you read the chakra description.
3. Gaze at the chakra glyph/design as you envision that chakra inside. Ask it to show you how it’s doing and note what is shown.
4. Take another deep breath, and light the candle while setting the intention to balance this chakra.
5. Meditate &/or do an activity that engages that chakra while the candle burns. Meditation can be dynamic- solo dance party, painting, or even cleaning! Keep your mind open and listen to what your chakra is telling you it needs.
6. Before leaving your space, say “Thank you” to both your chakra and the candle, then blow out the flame.
