Mind & Movement is our 1 hour 1:1 class that allows you to physically move and release outdated emotions, beliefs, & other energies that have been stored too long. Through aromatherapy (in person only), sound bowl healing, yoga moves, mindful mantras, breathwork, and journaling, you are able to recalibrate your mind, body, and spirit all at once.

Sessions evolve alongside you and are designed to meet you where you are; each and every time.

For each class, have a water bottle, journal, pen, yoga mat/towel, and Aloha ready!

What You’ll Receive:

  • Sound Bowl Healing (Opening & Closing):
 Soothing, chakra-attuned frequencies reset your nervous system and gently open + close the session, creating a safe energetic container for release and restoration.

  • Gentle, Guided Movement (Yoga-Inspired):
 Accessible postures designed to reconnect you to your body, increase energetic flow, and build somatic awareness. This is movement with meaning—not fitness, but embodiment.

  • Mindful Mantras:

    • Chakra-Specific Mantras that align each energy center with truth and intention

    • Custom Healing Mantras that target emotional wounds or blocks uncovered in your 1:1 Mindset work—spoken aloud or silently to encode transformation on a cellular level

  • Somatic Release Techniques:
 Breath, vocalization, and body-based release tools help move pain and emotion out of the body in real time. This is how old patterns get evicted from the nervous system—for good.

  • Meditation & Reflection Prompts:
 To seal in the session’s work, you’ll receive either a guided meditation or integration prompt to deepen the healing. Journaling may be done in-session or as post-class homework, depending on your integration style.
