Each 60-minute session includes a grounding sound bath, breathwork, and movement guided by your energy centers—paired with Aveda Chakra Balancing Body Mists and essential oils to enhance your healing:

* Intention (Solar Plexus Chakra)
* Harmony (Heart Chakra)

Essential oil scents include Vanilla, Peppermint, Bergamot, Lavender, and Eucalyptus—all selected to support energetic flow and emotional release.
We’ll move through 50 foundational yoga postures—combined with mudras, affirmations, and deep presence—awakening your body as a spiritual instrument.
You choose your rhythm:

* 3x/week (36 sessions) for steady integration
